Sounds of Hope

Dearest Friends,

Christmas is coming!!! While the malls and department stores are already celebrating a bit prematurely, I want to invite you enter into preparation for Christmas in a more meaninful way. If you've followed the news over the past year, you will be well aware that this Christmas will be quite different for our Christian brothers and sisters who live in Iraq and Syria. Christian refugees in these countries live in conditions that make our hilday stresses pale in comparison. No matter where we live our what our circumstances are, we all share a need for the hope that Christmas brings. On behalf of the "Sounds of Hope," a team of university students from Stuebenville, OH, I am asking for your support to help our suffering brothers and sisters in Faith in Iraq and Syria. Let's make our advent an opportunity to prepare our  hearts for Christmas by giving hope to those in need.

With your gift, we will keep the Faith alive in the Middle East. Your support for our suffering brothers and sisters is urgently needed.

100% of your gift to our parish team or to individuals on our team helping us reach our goal will go to help the suffering and persecuted Church in Iraq and Syria, via Aid to the Church in Need, a Catholic charity under the guidance of the Holy Father.
