Dear Friends,
My name is Susan Tropeano, I am speaking on behalf of not only myself but my mother, sister, and 40 or so other pilgrims making a journey with me to World Youth Day Poland this summer. My mother, sister and I have been planning this trip for over a year and its almost here, our excitment keeps growing, yet our bill is still not paid in full. As you may imagine a trip for three people to see our Holy Father Pope Fancis is not something we can pay for through pray alone. We have worked every funraiser up to this point, but I must ask your help one more time. This fundraising is part of Open Your Heart, Share His Light: World Youth Day 2016 and it will allow you to donate 100% directly towards my family traveling cost; furthermore there is a general Brooklyn Cluster page with links to help to support some of my fellow pilgrims.
100% of your gift made through my page or our parish team will directly go to our parish to send youth to World Youth Day, via Aid to the Church in Need, a Catholic charity under the guidance of the Holy Father.
My fundraising goal is $3,000. I realize this is a lot of money to ask, but in order to get my family to Poland I need money, and maybe a miracle. Every penny counts; with the support of friends and family, I can make this dream a reality. To donate, click on the Support link at right.
